We collect the contact information of real estate agents and brokers (name, business phone number, and email address) provided to us directly by the agent during a phone call or business exchange, or that is publicly available business contact information.

We send SMS/text messages only to agents who have given prior express consent, typically verbal consent during a phone call with our team in which we ask permission to text project materials to their number. Each consent is recorded with a timestamp.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS/text-messaging consent with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and get help by replying HELP.

How we use information
